Just visited the Kodak site to place and order, and this was on the checkout page:

Notice:
We're changing. Kodak.com is improving its website with richer product and picture-taking information -- all for your benefit. As part of this change, shop@kodak will close on February 13.

Don't worry; They're only closing down temporarily to upgrade their online Shop Kodak site.
I don't know how long it will be down.

You may call them directly at 1-800-621-3456 to place an order. The website was set to close starting Feb. 13 until the beginning of March, but apparently they have closed it earlier...

You never could order K40 with mailers online. So if you buy K40 w/processing or 16mm film, nothing's changed.
